Do you have one of the countertop grills?
Set the temperature to 425, spray both sides of grill with PAM or toss brussel sprouts (washed, bottoms cut off and quartered) or red bliss potatoes (washed and cut in 1/2 strips for french fries) with olive oil. Place on grill, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, cover for 10 to 15 minues until vegetables are soft and starting to brown.
Remove from grill and enjoy a healthy, quick and delicious accompaniment to your main dish or as a nutritious snack!
